Short, because we collect little: what you type into the intake form, and the email you send us. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and this site sets no cookies.
What do you collect?
The intake form fields: your spec, quantity, delivery terms, your current quote if you attach one, and your work email. Plus anything you email us directly.
Form submissions are forwarded over an encrypted connection by Resend, our email delivery processor, to the desk’s mailbox. Nothing is stored in a database on this site.
What do you use it for?
To run your check and reply with scope, a committed timeline, and the payment link. Nothing else.
Specs and quotes you send are working material for your check only: never pooled, never resold, never shared without your written consent. Any request to use derived, anonymized signals for research would come to you separately, after delivery, and declining changes nothing about your engagement.
What about supplier calls?
Where calls happen, we record with notice to the supplier or take structured notes. Recordings are working material, not deliverables, unless your SKU says otherwise.
How long do you keep it, and who is the controller?
Engagement records stay in the desk's mailbox and files. Write to us and we delete your materials; the data controller is named here the day the entity registration completes.
