Terms
Plain language, short. The signed engagement letter you receive before paying governs each paid engagement; this page covers the site and the standing rules.
Who is behind this site?
An independent buying consultancy. The contracting legal entity is being registered; its name, jurisdiction, and address will be stated here the day registration completes.
Until then, every paid engagement runs under a signed engagement letter that names the parties, and [email protected] reaches the person responsible.
What does an engagement include?
Recon only: we collect live supplier quotes as a disclosed consultancy with an unnamed client and deliver the documents plus a comparison. We never negotiate or buy in your name.
Every quote in a report is a named supplier, a dated written document, and stated quantities and terms. A stranger price is a negotiation benchmark, not a bindable contract; the report states what each supplier assumed. We make no savings promises of any kind. Where calls happen, we record with notice or take structured notes.
How do payment and refunds work?
Posted prices, timeline first: you receive scope and a committed timeline before any payment link. If a request produces no usable number, we re-run it or refund you.
The standing refund rule: if a supplier won’t produce a number, a different consultant on our desk re-runs the request, or we refund the engagement in full. If we miss a committed timeline, you choose the late report or a full refund.
What do you never do?
No invented companies, no false names, nothing signed under pretense. We take no supplier money: no commissions, no listing fees, no rebates, no lead fees.
We never contact suppliers as you, never negotiate in your name, and never reveal that you commissioned a check. The one exception is on your written instruction: if you want to transact at a quoted number, we introduce you to that supplier at deal time.
What about the content on this site?
Informational. Benchmark figures shown on this site are labeled illustrative and are not client data, market data, or a price promise.
